Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Rates may be adjusted for changes in cargo details, routing, port charges, or other costs outside our control.
Clients must provide accurate cargo descriptions, weights, and documentation, and must ensure goods are lawfully exportable and importable. Clients remain responsible for duties, taxes, and any fines arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.
Dangerous, hazardous, or restricted goods must be declared in advance and are accepted only with our written approval and in compliance with applicable international regulations.
Ocean Dividers will exercise reasonable care in performing its services. Liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited as set out in the applicable service agreement and by law. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, war, piracy, strikes, port congestion, or government action.
Cargo insurance is strongly recommended. Unless insurance is arranged in writing through Ocean Dividers, cargo travels at the client's risk.
We collect and use personal and business information only to provide our services and respond to enquiries, and we do not sell it to third parties.
